What greater wisdom can you find than kindness?

The only "normal" people are the ones you don't know!

It isn't necessary to seek out adventure.  Opening to what is around you will produce the most extraordinary experiences.

Healing is bringing mercy and Awareness into that which we have held in judgment and fear.

The greatest barrier to own own healing is not the pain, sorrow or violence inflicted upon us as children.  Our greatest hindrance is our ongoing capacity to judge, to criticize, and to bring tremendous harm to ourselves.  If we can harden our heart against ourselves and meet our most tender feelings with anger and condemnation, we simultaneously armor our heart against the possibility of gentleness, love and healing.

Our task is not to seek for Love.  It is to seek for all of the barriers that we have built that stand in the way.

That I feed the hungry, forgive an insult, and love my enemy.... these are great virtues.
But what if I should discover that the poorest of the beggars and the most impudent of offenders are all within me, and that I stand in need of the alms of my own kindness; that I myself am the enemy who must be loved?  What then?

We are here to awaken from the illusion of our separateness.
